To book our facilities, you need to fill in our booking form and send to our office administrator. Please send filled forms via email or hand in person to the office.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Booking forms are available on request from our office.
- We dont offer hires for private events such as parties or weddings.
- We offer comerical and non comerical rates.
- We don’t have catering facilities.
- Your own sound & lighting technician is required if required for Auditorium bookings.
- We are a licenced premise with a bar, our own bar staff and can open for events. Please let us know if you are interested in having a bar open for your event. Costs are determined on a case-by-case basis, with a small deposit some times requried for small events.
- No external alcohol is permitted in the centre unless agreed with the management committee.
- Access is limited due to steps into the studio and meeting room. A ramp for the main door is available on request, there is ramped access into the small hall.
- Out of hour cover, for times City of Edinburgh Council don’t provide janitorial cover costs £34 per hour. Including any additional time for opening and/or closing the centre following the booking will be included in this time, up to one hour total.
